"Amid the bones of earthen stone,  around the dragon's feet, the children leapt and hid and play'd and then came in to eat." I wrote that snippet a while ago.  It is about a strangely shaped stone that lived in my grandmothers massive Vermont backyard.  I visited her in the summers,  and have never been able to shake it's visage from my brain.  Not that I mind,  it reminds me of happy times.
